Jo Jo Ajoa Connor arose to fame in the 5280 soundscape with the the Group Parkhill , one of the most artistic and creative Music group Bands in the region. Since the early 2000s, the singer, songwriter, and actor has been a strong creative force an indispensable phenom in shaping the Mile High sound, remaining either slightly ahead of the curve or naturally adapting to trends with remarkable stylistic flexibility. Ajoa began her career collaboration with local music artist and forming an all girl group which ultimately led to her signing with Milton Productions (1990s)

Following disbandment of the group and departure from Milton Productions (2007) Ajoa embarked on solo and collaborative endeavors, during a talent show at the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Theater Ajoa was introduced to music composer and producer Monk which led to the formation of Parkhill and signing with Hoodywood Records.
